Share your first experiences with a Joëlette
If you have had your Joëlette for a few weeks / months
You have recently bought a Joëlette and already enjoyed your first outings: a family walk, a hike, access to the beach…
These first moments matter a lot to families and associations who are still hesitating. Your story can help them picture what is possible.
In 2–3 minutes, you can:
- tell us about your first uses (where, with whom, and for what occasion)
- share a memorable moment (a moment, a sentence, an emotion)
- explain what you are experiencing together
Why your story matters
- You keep a record of these first memories, which we will turn into a beautifully presented story.
- You help another family or association asking the same questions you had.
- With your permission, your story may be shared (website, social media…) to shine a light on your cause.

Highlight your association and your projects
If you have been using a Joëlette regularly for several years
You are an association, a local authority, a club, or an organization running projects with a Joëlette: races, beach or swimming seasons, trips, inclusive events…
We want to tell these stories and show in concrete terms what they change for you and for your local community.
In 2–3 minutes, you can:
- introduce your organization and the role the Joëlette plays in your activities
- tell us about a flagship project (race, event, trip, outing…)
- share the impact on the people you support and your upcoming projects with a Joëlette
Why your story matters
- You give visibility to your actions among new families, volunteers, and partners.
- You show, through real examples, what can be built locally with a Joëlette.
- With your permission, we will highlight your upcoming events and projects (website, social media, Joëlette and Co materials).

How your story will be used
In concrete terms, your experience may be turned into different types of content:
- a testimonial excerpt on product pages
- content highlighting your association or project on our website
- a feature on our social media
- a story shared in our newsletter
In all cases, we will contact you if we need further details. Content is only published after your review, validation, and approval.
Frequently asked questions
Q1. How long does it take?
It usually takes between 2 and 5 minutes to fill in the form.
If we then suggest a short follow-up call or video meeting to explore your story further, it lasts about 20 minutes, only if you agree.
Q2. Do I have to appear in a video?
No. A short text and a few photos are more than enough.
If you already have videos (for example a race or outing vlog), you can share them with us, but it is not required.
Q3. How will your photos / videos be used?
Only as part of Joëlette and Co communication (website, social media, newsletter, presentation materials), always to talk about your projects and inclusion.
We will never sell them or use them outside this context.
Q4. Will we be able to review it before publication?
Yes. Every piece of content is prepared from your answers and then sent to you for review before publication.
We only publish content after your validation and approval. If you want to correct or adjust an important point, just let us know.
