If you have had your Joëlette for a few weeks or months
You have recently bought a Joëlette and already gone on your first outings: a family walk, a hike, a trip to the beach…
These first moments matter a lot, because they can inspire other families and associations. Your story can help them picture what is possible.
In 2–3 minutes, you can:
- tell us about your first experiences (where, with whom, and on what occasion)
- share a memorable moment (a moment, a sentence, an emotion)
- explain what you are experiencing together
Why your story matters
- You keep a record of your first memories with the Joëlette, which we can turn into something beautifully presented for you and your loved ones.
- You help another family or association that is asking itself the same questions you had before getting started.
- With your agreement, your story may be shared (website, social media, etc.) to raise awareness of your cause and show why inclusion matters in everyday life.
Highlight your organization and your projects
If you have been using a Joëlette regularly for several years
You are an association, a local authority, a club or an organization running projects and activities with a Joëlette: outdoor outings, races, beach or swimming access, awareness-raising initiatives, events, and more.
We would love to tell these stories and show in concrete terms what they change for you and for local life.
In 2–3 minutes, you can:
- introduce your organization and explain the role the Joëlette plays in your activities
- tell us about a flagship project (race, event, trip, outing, etc.)
- share the impact on the people you support, as well as your upcoming projects with a Joëlette

In practical terms, your experience may be turned into different kinds of content:
- a testimonial excerpt on our product pages
- content highlighting your association or your project on our website
- a feature on our social media channels
- a story shared in our newsletter
In all cases, we will contact you if we need any clarification. No content is published without your review, approval and consent. And of course, you will also be free to use it yourself to highlight your organization and/or your projects and activities.
Frequently asked questions
Q1. How long does it take?
Usually between 2 and 5 minutes to complete the form.
If we then suggest a follow-up conversation (phone call / video call) to explore your story further, it lasts around 20 minutes, and only if you agree.
Q2. Do I have to appear on video?
No. A simple text and a few photos are more than enough.
If you already have videos (for example, a race vlog or footage from an outing), you are welcome to share them with us, but it is not required.
Q3. How will your photos / videos be used?
Only as part of Joëlette and Co’s communication (website, social media, newsletter, presentation materials), always to talk about your projects and inclusion.
We will never sell them or use them outside that context.
Q4. Will we be able to review the content before it is published?
Yes. Every piece of content is created from your answers, then sent to you for review before publication.
We only publish content after your validation and agreement. If you would like to correct or adjust an important point, just let us know.
