Article 1: Organization
The company FERRIOL MATRAT, Limited Liability Company (here after indicate as “the organizer”) whose the head office is located in Roche la Molière (42230), 3 rue de la galerie, ZI Charles Chana, organizes a free contest on Facebook from the 20th may at 2 PM to the 28th May at 3PM.
Article 2: Participants
The contest is open to adult person only. It’s an international contest excluding the employees of the organizer and any person directly or indirectly involved in the design, production or management of the game and their spouses, including cohabitants, members of their direct ascending and descending families or other relatives living or not living on their roof. Any participation made contrary to the provisions of these rules will render the participation invalid.
Any participant suspected of fraud may be excluded from the competition by the organizer without the latter having to justify it. Any incomplete, erroneous or illegible identification or participation, whether intentionally or unintentionally, or in any form other than that provided for in these rules shall be considered void. The organizer reserves the right to ask any participant to justify the above conditions. Any person who does not meet these conditions or refuses to justify them will be excluded from the game and will not be able, in the event of a win, to benefit from his prize. Participation in the game implies full acceptance of these rules.
Article 3: Participation terms and conditions and prizes

According to the game explained below:
On May 20, 2019 at 2pm, a post will be posted by the organizer on the Facebook page asking Internet users to comment on the publication to be part of the draw.
Rules of the game:
The goal is to find the weight of a new generation one wheeled Joëlette. We are talking here about the net weight of the Joëlette (excluding option and packaging).
The winner will be the person with a weight that most closely approximates the correct answer. A random draw will be held in the event of multiple correct answers.
Comments made before May 27, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. will be part of the draw.
Prize: A lot of Bottle + Bottle Holder of a value of 26.00 euros.
If one of these steps is not respected, the participant will not be part of the draw.
Article 4: Delivery of prizes
The prizes will be sent to the postal address indicated by the participants. In the event of an undelivered return, the prize will remain at the participant’s disposal for 15 days. After this period, he/she will no longer be able to claim it and will remain the property of the organizer. The winner undertakes to accept the prize as proposed without the possibility of exchange, in particular for cash or any other endowment of any kind whatsoever. Similarly, this lot may not be the subject of a claim for compensation.
Any additional cost necessary to take possession of the prize is the sole responsibility of the winner without the latter being able to claim any compensation from the organizer, or from the service provider or partner companies.
The organizer reserves the right, in the event of an event beyond its control, in particular related to its suppliers or unforeseeable circumstances, to replace the announced prize with a prize of equivalent value. The winner will be kept informed of any changes.
Article 5: Use of participants’ personal data
The participants’ information are recorded and used by the organizer to memorize their participation in the game and allow the prize to be awarded. Participants may, for legitimate reasons, object to the processing of their personal data communicated in the context of this game. They also have a right to object to their use for commercial prospecting purposes, other than participation in this game, which they can exercise as soon as their participation is registered by sending a letter to the address below.
The winner authorizes the Organizer to use his or her contact information (surname, first name) for advertising or public relations purposes, in any medium whatsoever, without this conferring on him or her any remuneration, right or any advantage, other than the award of his or her prize.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, all participants have the right to request that any information concerning them that is inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous or outdated be rectified, completed, clarified, updated or deleted by sending a letter to:

Article 6: Rules of the game
The regulations will be available on the following website: https://www.joeletteandco.com. It can be sent free of charge (stamp refunded on request) to any person who requests it from the Organizer. The organizer reserves the right to extend, shorten, modify or cancel the game at any time, without any compensation being claimed by the participants.
Article 7: Intellectual Property
The reproduction, representation or exploitation of all or part of the elements composing the game, including these rules, is strictly prohibited. All trademarks, logos, texts, images, videos and other distinctive signs reproduced on the site as well as on the sites to which it allows access via hypertext links, are the exclusive property of their owners and are protected as such by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code throughout the world. Their unauthorized reproduction constitutes an infringement punishable by criminal penalties.
Article 8: Liability
This contest is not managed or sponsored by Facebook. The information you provide is provided to Joëlette and Co and not to Facebook. The information you provide will only be used for this game. By participating, the user is worth a full discharge from Facebook.
The organizer cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure or fortuitous circumstances beyond its control, which would partially or totally deprive the participants of the possibility of participating in the game and/or the winner of the benefit of his prize. The organizer cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, theft, damage to mail, lack of legibility of stamps due to postal services.
The organizer, as well as its service providers and partners, cannot under any circumstances be held liable for any incidents that may occur in the use of the prize by the beneficiary or third parties once the winner has taken possession of it.
Similarly, the organizer, as well as its service providers and partners, cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of the prize as soon as the winner has taken possession of it. This contest is not managed or sponsored by Facebook and Instagram, which the Organizer releases from any liability. Facebook and Instagram cannot be held responsible under any circumstances for the execution of this game.
Article 09: Disputes and Complaints
These regulations are governed by French law. The Organiser reserves the right to decide without appeal any difficulty that may arise in the interpretation or application of these rules, it being understood that one month after the end of the game, no dispute will be accepted. Any complaint must be addressed to the Organizer within a maximum of one month following the end date of the game.
